Super hotel in lovely area

You can have the breakfast if you order it the evening before. It’s good and it’s a kind of “open buffet” but, it is “the French style” (only “sweet& light options). Anyway, freshly beked croissants and baguettes, cereals, yogurts and many others. The staff there was absolutely of high professionalism! And the clealiness in the location was at the apropriate level. And we have been happily promoted to an upper level🙏 We received an upgrade and got a nice room with balcony. Everytbing made us think of coming back again and again.

The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. We made a good choice in booking a room with balcony. Having a cup of coffee in a good weather at the balcony is so chill. Having air-conditioner is also a great surprise! The location is great too! It is not at the centre but it just takes 5-7 mins to walk to the train station, 20-30mins walk or 10mins by tram to old town. We enjoy the quietness by staying in an area with more locals than tourists.

The hotel is fine, I booked the room with the balcony and given that it’s a bit busy and right above the hotel entrance, I am not sure I would recommend it. The big issue for me is the toilet smells. If you leave the toilet seat up or the bathroom door open the room stinks. I won’t stay there again.

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. The beach is a longer walk then expected over 20 minutes. However i didnt mind the walk.

The hotel is at a quiet street behind the Nice Vill train station, 5 minutes walk through a tunnel from the station or 7 minutes walk from the ground, easily accessible, and very convenient. Around the hotel and the train station, there are restaurants, stores, convenient stores, and supermarkets, all in walkable distance. The hotel room is very clean, organized, and cozy. There is a small refrigerator, an air condition, and a TV. Wifi connections on every floor. The bathroom is little small but it's kept neat and clean. The hotel staffs are super nice and friendly. I arrived the hotel in the morning, which was way earlier than the check in scheduled time 3 pm. The hotel receptionist, Salim made me feel so welcome. The staffs helped me to store my luggage at the hotel so that I could explore the city. The public transportation near the train station make all the sightseeing places such as Promenade des Anglais, castle hill, old town, Place Masséna and Promenade du Paillon, easily accessible within less than 30 minutes commute. The hotel staff, Salim, gave us great suggestions on great local restaurants offer authentic food options. My family had a wonderful time during the dinner. The food was delicious. We definitely will choose to stay the same hotel next time we visit Nice again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful boutique hotel at a very reasonable price, just 15m walk from the main tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly, let us park for free in reserved parking in front of the entrance. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Overall, an excellent option and would stay there again on my next visit to Nice.
