Breakfast was extensive and fresh. Staff very friendly with any and all requests. luggage storage available for early check in and late departure.

I really wanted to love this hotel, it has a lot of potential but the customer service is subpar. The first night I stayed, my room was not made even though I left the sign on the door to please clean it up. Also, my room didn't have conditioner and based on the lack of service I asked if maybe we could get complimentary breakfast for a day to make up for the inconveniences, but they said all they could offer was a "free drink". I told the guy I don't drink alcohol and he said "you could have a juice". Wow! Really? You're giving me a free juice to make up for a dirty room? That goes to show how much customers matter, considering breakfast costs 20 euros, so I guess I'm not even worth that much! My friend checked in on the same day and her room had a musty smell so she had to ask for a change. We had also asked for adjoining rooms and they weren't able to provide that either. All in all, I'm very disappointed on the service offered by this hotel.

Room is clean with basic needs and beds are ckean. They provide drinking water in the lobby which is nice knowing how hard it is to get public drinking water. The elevator is very small.

Very average hotel. Failed on some basics like the air con not working, pods for a coffee machine but no machine, empty minibar, luke warm breakfast (with terrible scrambled eggs !). However bed was great, shower was good and very quiet night so a great sleep, so not all bad !

The entry area was very cute and clean. The room was very small, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, there was no air flow in the room at all and the shower always leaked onto the floor and made a large puddle/mess.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is always a wonderful experience, very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is fabulous and rooms are very clean and comfortable

We stayed 3 days in Paris. Very smooth and pleasant stay, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and hotel was convenient for the price. Not many options to eat around but we made it work. Only negative is the Taxi that the hotel recommended to the airport was terrible.....closed van, no windows, it was 90 degrees and it had no A/C, also I believe he overcharged us.

The air conditioning unit did not work in our hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and they said that they were aware that some units didn’t have working air conditioning. They gave us a fan, no mention of any kind of refund.

The staff overall was very pleasant and willing to help, hoewever, i was surprised to see that there are no cart for the luggage, no staff to help with lugage (my colleagues and I had 3 pieces of luggage each), and there is only 1 elevator for guests and staff (cleaning crew with carts) so make sure to plan ahead and don't be in a rush because you will wait for that elevator 😅😅 The breakfast was really good and the staff was so nice and always ready to bring out freshly baked bread and pastries, it was really nice! The bathroom looked clean at first but a bit moldy, but the room was overall clean. I would not mind returning for another stay, however, this time, i will make sure not to have too much lugage ;-_)

Great customer service and interaction . Reception was super helpful and very welcoming . All the facilities were very nice as well!! Just the elevator is very slow but great stay besides that . Will definitely be back to stay !!! Thank youuuu
