Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and close to a U-Bahn station. I had the breakfast a few times and it was good with dietary options available. However, a big reason I booked with ACHAT was their laundry access, which they actually do not have. When I asked the front desk they said they used to have laundry, but no longer. I was directed to a laundromat near by, which I spent an hour trying to find on foot and on Google, but ended up having to take the U-Bahn to the nearest laundromat. Not what I wanted to do on my trip to Munich. It’s fine not having the laundry in house, but it should not be advertised on Expedia, if that is the case.

room 004: tv screen was broken, ground was quite dirty, aircon didn't work. only reaction at reception, we'll check. had better stays before in that hotel and hope it stays a sine bad moment. cu next time

The property was close to the tram. Unfortunately the room was not suitable for three people as booked. We booked for three people and weren’t notified that there would not be a second bed until too late to cancel the check in. Had to ask for shampoo, batteries for the remote, and towels. Room was not cleaned.

Gutes Hotel, Preis/Leistung stimmt. Es ist sauber und angenehm. Die Umgebung ist nicht die beste, aber uns hat das weniger interessiert. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, das Bad excellent mit Fußbodenheizung. Es wäre empfehlenswert, wenn ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre, um sich früh einen Tee oder Kaffee zu prüfen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gern weiter.
