Unfortunately, the fitness facility was out of commission which was important to me. The staff was adequate but not exceptional... just not very warm or overly helpful, but that may just be the German culture. Great location... beautiful market across the street, shopping, sightseeing, and food all very walkable. No A/C.

This is an excellent location to the river and old city along with luxury shopping. Amazing location. The amenities are great but no treadmill in the gym….its ok though as dusseldorf is a perfect city to run outside. Nice bar and breakfast restaurant too.

Was uncomfortable sue to the room being so hot. They took out the thermostat to cool off the room. On top of it being hard to sleep because of the heat the Maids are impatient and wont let you sleep in the morning so they can get into the room.
