Great location. Our room was very nice and very clean. The bathroom and separate water closet were exceptional. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Parking is convenient with electric chargers for a fee. But garage is very tight to get in and out and park. The only negative which I mentioned at checkout was the hallway 4th floor badly needed replacing.

On the whole the hotel was clean snd well located for walking around the charming little town of Fussen. Breakfast is reputedly great but very expensive so we passed on it. The Alt Stadt (old town) starys literally across the street and has a totally pedestrian walking area with many restaurants etc.
Our main criticism as of the parking. If you arrive with a car they don't have a lot of parking spots behind the hotel....no surprise as Fussen is a busy town with the three local castles. Our complaint was because they told us twice at the check in that their lot was full (it was 5 pm so no surprise there) but that we coupd park instead at a nearby commercial lot and they would reumburse us. The lot turned to be considerably further away than they told us and next morning the person on the front desk refused to reimburse us for the expense and hassle of the offsite parking.....very unprofessional we thought.

The shower door is see through so if you are ataying with friends or children, it makes it hard. The breakfast was just ok. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the air conditioner was turned off. We stayed toward the end of April and I picked this hotel becauae it said it had air conditioning. I was told it was atill winter and rhe air units arw turned off. Alao, evwry morning around 6-7am the police come theough with sirens and wake you up.

This hotel came in way beyond my expectations!!! The reception and check in was flawless, parking underground awesome and the room was unbelievable!!! Separate toilet room, huge stand up shower and huge bathtub. The room was elegant and chic, with wood paneling. The room itself was massive for European standards and even American. Best buffet breakfast spread ever!!! Füssen is beautiful, stay here for proximity, parking, and a luxurious stay!

Breakfast has decent options but they need to be careful with cheese. We got mold in one of our cheese cubes.
Parking can be hair raising if you have a big SUV. It is in the basement and pathway is spiral with very tight corners.
Also the front desk/reception is not open 24 hours. So you are out of luck if you arrive late after 9:00 PM and inform them beforehand.

Nice hotel but unfortunately undergoing renovation, so major roadworks, crane etc. on road right outside entrance.
Nice big room and the bathtub was an unexpected extra. Fantastic breakfast with delicious pastries from the bakery.
Got a free ticket for the bus to Neuschwanstein castle from reception.
Asked to leave luggage before check in and while going to castle in morning, but could only leave in quite public space - did not feel secure.

Overall quite excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable, especially the pillows. Theonly disappointment was that the hot tub closed at 7 pm prior to our arrival.
