Great location ,near beach,water taxi & other restaurants( watch out for the black umbella place down the beach,ripe off). You can use some of the amenities in the sister hotel next door as well.

The property was very close to the beach and public transportation. We did have an issue with our AC not working so had to change rooms. We also had to pay for the shuttle to pick us up from/to hotel and port. Overall a very pleasant experience.
