Great location Very helpful staff Although language barrier was sometimes tricky, we always found a way to communicate Excellent communication systems, the hotel us a WhatsApp communication system in addition to the normal phone/in-person communication. This worked really well and responses were quick and helpful. Organisation was excellent and all staff were well informed of plans make it a very stressless experience. The hotel breakfast was varied and very high quality. The swimming pool was unsurprisingly cold but a great spot to sunbathe. The beach by the hotel is crystal clear and sandy. Beach beds were purchasable but expensive and there were clear sand spaces on all beaches where you could sit on the beach. The beach highlight was the beach around the corner (to the right as you come down the hill. This is apparently a playground for celebrities and it certainly felt like that with yachts and security. If you can put up with bathers taking selfies, it’s stunning. Our room was purchased at the cheaper end of those available and although we were at an annex further up the hill we liked the location as it was quiet, a lovely place to catch the sun in the morning. There was also a large outdoor (but covered) lounge area in the annex section that no one else seemed to use or know about. This had stunning views over the mountains and also a great sun bathing deck to catch a tan! This was an unexpected bonus that is presumably open to all staying at the hotel and under-used.

We loved our stay. The location, pool and room were all lovely. The hotel is so pretty and clean. But what really stood out were the staff - they were so friendly and helpful, and brilliant with our kids. We would love to stay here again in future!

We have just spent 2 nights at this hotel. The staff picked up our bags from the taxi and carried them to our room. Check-in was a breeze. Room was very spacious. I liked the fact that it had 2 wash basins and separate toilet and shower. There was a bluetooth speaker which you can connect to your phone to play music. The best thing was breakfast. Freshly squeezed orange juice, baked beans, selection of breads, vegetables, eggs and a variety of cakes and nuts along with most delicious greek yoghurt. We also used sauna but you have to pre-book it as it is just enough for 4-6 people. Special mention for Dora who was amazing, very soft spoken, always smiling and answered all our queries from bus timetables to taxis and local clubs and restaurants.

Excellent hotel with friendly lobby staff. The premises were super clean and so were the hotel rooms. The hotel is a great location conveniently located right next to the water. Their Lemonade in the front lobby was super fresh and refreshing. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is adjacent to other Petinos hotels and a restaurant as well. All of this is right next to the water with beach access and some great views. The restaurant manager at the front was super friendly and accommodative. The morning breakfast is inside the hotel which was very good with a good collection of fruits, breads and other great items. Parking is a bit tricky as you cannot park in front of the hotel but there is paid parking next to the hotel. You can also park infront of the houses at your own risk. The restaurant also has a pizza counter for take out and the chef Spanos is a nice gentlemen and a great pizza chef. We tried the Margharita Pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I have tried in my entire trip in Greece.

The Hotel was Perfect, we didn't want for anything. The staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful with everything. Can not fault one thing. We will visiting again and we will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Staying at the annex was not a pleasant experience, room was not real clean appliances lacked updating, and kind of noisy due to construction going on. I had to complain a bit snd they decided to move me to the main hotel.

You can't beat the view...this hotel is right on the water with an amazing buffet breakfast. The room was great with two beds for my teenage kids and two showers. The property is gorgeous. The air does not get as cold, as some other hotels but it's plenty cool. They are not flexible with the check in and check out times and do not have their own chairs on the beach, so you have to pay to rent them from one of the other hotels...but we had no issues.
