The rooms and property were exceptionally clean,the staff was absolutely amazingly friendly and fantastic!they went above and beyond for their guests.They were very knowledgeable and recommended places to visit and restaurants to dine at.Breakfast was absolutely delicious and each day it’s a special treat😋not to mention the breathtaking views from every levels of the hotel! The absolute BEST hotel I've stayed thus far! It’s a definite 10 out of 10 experience. The Staff-: Vassilis(owner) Christos(morning manger) Nicohlos(night manager ) Clement(porter) Eli(housekeeper) Eva(chef) They’re the absolute Best Staff Ever!!very friendly courteous polite warm and very friendly. Loved absolutely everything! The views from our room were stunning, the breakfast was delicious and the service was second to none. We felt so taken care of. It was a joy to stay at Villa Renos and I can’t wait to come back.

The location is perfect, it’s the center of everything, very close to bus station, only 3 to 5 minutes walk. The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset at your own balcony. The service is great, the breakfast is great. There are fresh juice, home cooked foods even dessert. the only downside is that the hotel needs to update their furnitures, lamps, floor rugs, bedding etc, and do better cleaning. It would be beautiful hotel if they can make these improvements.

Loved this hotel! Staff were wonderful, breakfast was delicious every day, and the junior suite was beautiful and large. Can’t say enough about the owner and staff. If we come back to Santorini, would love to stay again!

Very cozy & comfortable. Kind & professional service. Amazing breakfasts. The view is absolutely magnificent. Family pension vibe. Many books available to read. Having a private jacuzzi was a treat. There is also a rooftop terrace serving cocktails & more. Be ready to face many stairs, as the property is about 2 stories down from the Main Street, and the rooms are 2-3 stories below the reception. They will help you with your luggage when you check in and out of the hotel. Just be aware that this location is not accessible for people with physical limitations.
