Very recommended hotel. Perfect location and CBD area. MasyaAllah dan alhamdulillah kita dapat hotel yang lokasinya benar-benar perfect ke mana-mana dan dekat dengan train station, busway every second minute will passed in front of you, juga restoran di mana-mana. Perfect place to stay with your family and affordable price. All surrounding hotel convenient, 2 minutes walk to the I square, many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The most important we found halal restaurant next door, level 1. I stay 7th days during Ragasa Typhoon and really safe hotel. Friendly staff too. Next time if we come back to Hongkong, we know where we have to go😇😘 Thanks for look after us.

Pleasant stay. It's easy to find a hotel. We take the ad1 bus from the airport, get off at Middle Road right near the hotel. Deket with Tsim Sha Shui MTR Station and bus stop. The location is also on the Nathan Road area which is crowded with shops and shopping centers. 7 eleven, McD and KFC are very close. The hotel staff is also very helpful. Fun.

Perfect location, helpful staffs, good price and the room is surprisingly very spacious for Hong Kong Hotel! The amenities are great. Definitely a go to hotel in Hong Kong.

Front desk staff professionally helpful knowing I was sweaty and tired upon arrival, tried best efforts to accommodate earlier check in when first room available. A budget hotel with location excellently convenient on Nathan Rd in heart of busiest part of Tsim Sha Tsui, yet room pretty quiet and properly curtained. Duty Manager Andrew greeted guests sincerely; making sure guests feeling home, hotel connected internally to fast food chain Fairwoods. i definitely would not hesitate to check in again, and recommend to anyone looking for good value for money!

The hotel is bare bones for amenities but the location is excellent. The bed is comfortable, the A/Cis adequate, the WiFi was reasonable. In effect, It was all I wanted for a 6 night business trip where I was gone all day attending trade fairs in the area. I am not hugely demanding and it was all I needed and it was reasonably priced for what I needed. It is secure, staff is very helpful and there 24 hours a day and right by the MTR for TST/East TST. Good rate moneychangers next door at ChungKing Mansions. All kinds of restaurants in the area, no matter what cuisine you want, from fast food to Irish Pub to Gourmet so I am happy with the place and will come back again.

Room was dirty when we showed up. Lobby Manager sent Room Manager to check. Room Manager confirmed floor was dirty, trash was not emptied from previous guest(s), countertops were dirty and telephone didn’t work. He promised to send cleaner next day. Next day fresh towels were placed, but floor was still dirty. Next day a new toilet paper roll was added but nothing else, no fresh towels, no clean beddings. Fed up, I went to Front Desk to ask for cleaning. He said rooms are not cleaned daily so he wouldn’t send a cleaner til the next day which was when cleaning was due. I had to remind him that the room was not cleaned AT ALL when they first checked me in. UGH! Nobody needs to endure such maltreatment.

when we got in there is a stinky smell inside that I have to contact expedia regarding to it but they wasn't able to refund or help me at all. there are also mold in the bathroom, walls and even on the ceiling. the floor are dirty and moldy. I tried to find a new hotel nearby but its chinese new year so everything is fully booked. I am so disppointed because hongkong is our last stop, the food and the places are incredible but this hotel makes our trip not so enjoyable, especially after a long day. will not book here again.

Very central location though the hawkers at neighbouring Chungking Mansions are a nuisance. The hotel room was of good size and the bedding and towels clean, but the decor well beyond its sell by date. Check in and out was very efficient but maid service a bit of a miss.

You paid what you got. If you looking place just to put your luggage and do more outdoor stuff. This is the place with affordable price, accessible and walkable to public transportation. Most of my time I spent outdoor. If you clean freak, don’t stay here.
