Bad, staff wouldn't answer calls. The room was very old and dirty and dusty. During my three-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned. The power outlet wouldn't work, and the hot water kettle wasn't clean. The only good thing was the strategic location. I came on National Day and could see the fireworks from my room window.

The Wi-Fi was dead, the bed wasn't made, the floor was sticky, and the mattress was hard. The only good thing about this hotel was its prime location. The receptionist had already received my purchase at 10 a.m., but when I asked, they just disappeared. The staff finally arrived that night.

The AC was noisy and looked dirty, while the curtains were visibly very dusty, dirty, and damaged. Overall, the room felt humid and not properly maintained. Great location and helpful early check-in, but the cleanliness and room maintenance really need significant improvement.

The rooms are clean, although I didn't see any housekeeping service. The furniture is a bit old, but the electronic appliances work well. The staff are polite and friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. Luggage storage is available.

Location very good, the rest only to store your luggage... Coming in peak season was so packed and expensive, but rather stay here than a complicated mansion or Airbnb with a dirty apartment.
