The staff are excellent, front desk Prakash and Suvenda, front door and security Birajit and Bibhash and another one we did not get his name. They go above and beyond to help/ assist us with directions, late check out, transportation around and to Bengalore Airport.

Their was an odd odour of cigarettes the first night however that it was fine. The hotel is good in terms of size and clean while being close to a number of tourist sites. The staff were very helpful especially Moon.

The hotel's location near the stadium and park is also quite convenient for you to exercise. The only thing is that the food is not suitable for Asian people. On the contrary, this hotel is not near residential areas with too many streets for convenience. eat, drink or hang out

Good value for money. The room that we were originally assigned had a musty smell. Hotel management was quick to get us situated in a different room, and we had no issues after that. Buffet/ lunch options were decent. The hotel is located in a central area close to several tourist sites. The staff at the front desk and the restaurants provided us with excellent service time and again during our three day stay.
