Stayed on a business trip recently for a week, and loved every aspect of it. Three things stood out for me: * the oasis-like atmosphere bang in the middle of Bangalore, * the highly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and service-minded staff, * the very yummy breakfast spread! The property itself is old, but if you like old-world charm - teak wood furniture and the like - then you’ll enjoy this place. It is an understated luxury that you experience here, and the staff makes you feel like you’re home.

Our recent four-day stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Great experience. Hotel is on MG road close to shopping streets and other retail outlets. It's over an hour away from the International airport by Cab. The Deluxe room has a balcony with a beautiful view. Rooms were big in size as compared to standard rooms and the butler service call facility besides the bed was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with Mangoes adding the perfect summer flavour for the season. Staff were attentive and extremely helpful. Their eye for detail was impressive. All in all a must stay and highly recommended

Room was spacious w nice touches. House-keeping was immaculate. However I had a terrible experience dining at the lapis Resturant. There were mosquitoes and my party and I waited for almost an hour before realising part of our order was not keyed in. It was a super disappointing experience for my party which included my CEO. And afterwards, the hotel sent hotel merchandise like a scarf, etc, to some of us to make up for the poor service and I did not receive anything. This is again a very inconsistent and inconsiderate service.

Great location, very secure, great service by staff, very clean, great amenities. Food is expensive but I suppose that’s what you’d expect from top hotels. But you are not bound to eating here as there are many options outside the hotel within walking distance. Will definitely consider staying again.

The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. The property looked regal and it was a beautiful Oasis in the middle of the city. The breakfast buffet was good although not as extensive as some of the other hotels that we have been to. Nevertheless, it was good. The service was amazing. The service was amazing. The rooms were smaller than expected and a little outdated. But we continued to enjoy the property. Love the fact that they do not accept tips. This made the experience even more authentic and genuine.

Its a nice hotel, close to location I was visiting. Staff was friendly. the only issues were mosquitos in the garden or dining area. They did their best to spray, etc but still got bitten a few times.
