The property it’s no do close to the serport. 20 min drive from terminal 2-3 . The metro is a 11 minutes walk to the hotel an a lot of dogs around the area. The room are ok, but need an udtate . The food at the indian restaurant super!!! Also I wrote several times before arriving to understand what transport was recommended and never received answer ending hiring a taxi at the airport in my own at 2:30 am .

Needed a hotel close to airport as I had a connecting flight the next day. The details in the information said the hotel is “1 min walk” from the airport and I booked it on that basis. The hotel was 13 km away from the airport. I could give benefit of doubt but my guess is that the information is deliberately put in wrong so they can beat the site filters and it comes up in first page and most people will book from first page if they have made the effort to select correct filters. I have raised this with the reception and if they update it within the week, I will update the review. Otherwise it is misleading for the public and very unethical .

Rooms were not in great condition. Bathtub drainage was very bad..showering in a puddle of my filth. Lobby vents looked they hadn’t been cleaned in a while! Maintenance of the hotel needs to be much better. The staff was amazing especially the people welcoming you at the door. Reception desk was okay. Restaurant staff was great!!
