I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

Little children running along the beach and Germain with their dogs, chasing each other happily, was truly a heartwarming sight.

Happy because our room was upgraded from Deluxe to Terrace suite (located in the main building of the hotel near the beach) which from the back terrace is close to the adult pool area. Also close to access to the beach.
I love the infinity pool with sea view.
The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The amenities are quite complete and smell good.
The lobby is quite far from the Seminyak highway, but there is a 24-hour boogie car that can take you to the front. A comfortable and complete hotel in a strategic location in Seminyak. Definitely will come again next time.

Very happy my room was upgraded and room 121 was very nice, the view of the pool and the sea was super comfortable and friendly, all the staff and it was very easy to get to the beach, the sand was clean, the beach was clean and quiet. Will definitely come back to Alila.

The service is very good, room service offers room cleaning in the afternoon and offers additional water. When at the pool we were also given a bottle of cold water. Requests for children's toothbrushes were also given according to the number of children.

Great hotel. Only stayed for one night but would love to go back for a longer stay.
Food was amazing, rooms super comfy and beach outside was beautiful at sunset.
Really helpful hotel staff also. Would highly recommend for those looking to stay in Seminyak.

If you're on a budget and want to feel like a vip this is the spot to be. The side off the room is so big, you get a bedroom, living and balcony space along with a double vanity bathroom. The staff was amazing, I had a late check in due to my flight and even though the hotel marked me as a no show, the staff reinstated my room right away. The view to the beach was great. The breakfast was awesome. And one if the few hotels that make no fuss about bringing additional guest in to hang out. Will book again!

Alila is positioned in a beach front location, a short stroll from the heart of Seminyak. Shopping, restaurants, beach, and stunning sunsets are all around.....
The staff fall over themselves to be helpful. The room attendants are quick and efficient. The reception staff are happy to help. But most of all, the Seasalt staff are all the above, particularly Dewi, Krishna, Septa and Cynthia (sp?).
The suite was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were fresh and the view was stunning.

I couldn’t fault anything at Alila. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were exquisite and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. The different pools worked really well. The view from the pools were superb.

The property is very well maintained. The beach is beautiful and clean. All the staff are very helpful and attentive. The food, service and ambience at the Sea Salt restaurant is excellent. It is truly a wonderful experience to dine with the beautiful view of the morning sun and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4- night stay at the hotel and look forward to return again next year.

Great ocean view and infinity pools. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast at the restaurant and watching sunset at the beach bar. Buggy service takes you to the street and easy access to the beach.
One thing to note is the lower floors (especially ground and first floor in the main building) don’t have much privacy as they directly face the two pools but the ocean view makes up for it.

We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable!
Room is spacious.
But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday.
Seasalt was beyond fabulous.
Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai.
Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained.
I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!

THe hotel was simply amazing. Luxury at its best. Stayed in 3 different rooms… as odds as it seems. The one with the ocean view was amazing. Decided to upgrade to full suite with kitchen area, living room room, sitting room and bedroom. If u can splurge…. Omg. Do it. Wrap around balcony. Corner windows overlooking the ocean and the resort itself. Sublime!!

We stayed 5 days at Alila Semimyak, we were impressed with twice a day housekeeping and unlimited amount of drinking water, great amenities, cleanliness and the super nice staff.
It happened that I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was surprised with a birthday cake and a card from the staff in our room
