The hotel was nice and airy. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a balcony and complete amenities. The location was on a main road, within walking distance to convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and massage places. The two pools were enjoyable and clean, and I was often the only one swimming in them. Staffs were super nice, and the room was cleaned daily. Recommended for families, business travelers, and also for groups because it is on the main road and an easy walking distance to shops.

From the check-in until the check-out, everything is great. Mas Tio showed us the room during the check-in and explained everything clearly. Mas Adi from the restaurant was also very kind and helpful. It was a very short stay but great. Thank you for the hospitality.

I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

The facilities are complete, from a swimming pool and children's play area to a restaurant with a diverse menu. The hotel environment is also well-maintained, safe, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for families. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and public areas is very well maintained, which is an important factor for a family hotel. The breakfast provided is quite varied and delicious. The hotel's strategic location also makes it easy to access various attractions. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Would totally recommend it to friends and family. Some things that can be improved: 1. Water pressure in the bathroom. 2. More menu variety for breakfast. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
