This is our third time staying at Horison, the hotel is in a very convenient location to restaurants and stores, everything you need. I only stayed for a night in this property and chose this property because it's closer to the airport so I can go without any traffic. Turns out, everything was really great. The staff (named Nensi) upgraded my room into upper class (I forgot what is the name of the upper class) and when I wanted to change my room into a quiet room (since the first one was really crowded with an Indian family beside my room), they got the room for me with a really quiet one. Thank you so much! ❤️

The location of the hotel is very good, close to cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The hotel room is clean and spacious, there is a balcony with glass doors, with the rate given it is really worth it, the bed is very comfortable, if I go to Bali, I will definitely stay here again

Totally worth what you pay for. The room is spacious, wifi connection and coverage are pretty great, rooftop facilities (bar, pool, fitness room) are awesome with a beautiful view of the sea. Would totally recommend it to friends and family. Some things that can be improved: 1. Water pressure in the bathroom. 2. More menu variety for breakfast. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.
