Assalamualaikum. The first impression when I entered this hotel was that it was clean. The hotel staff were friendly, especially when I checked in and checked out, they were very helpful. For 2 star hotels, with prices under 500K, there is a welcome drink, including breakfast, it's really worth it. Starting from the lobby to the room it is very clean, entering the room there was no smell of cigarettes. I asked for a non-smoking one, I was given a room according to the request when checking in, the mattress was soft, the AC was cold, the toiletries were complete, clean and the room facilities were all functioning well . Parts that are no less comfortable are the layout of the water faucets which makes ablution easy and room service via Whatsapp with a fast response. For breakfast, the menu is varied, it tastes delicious. Thank you Amaris Hotel, God willing, if you go to Lake again, stay here, it will be very memorable. I felt like I was staying at a 3/4 star hotel. Keep it up, the service is awesome🙏👍❤️

It wins the location, few walks to the malls, surrounded by many food merchants, all staffs are polite and friendly, this hotel is very “live” hotel. Before we entered the hotel, thermal detector and sanitizer are a must, but when we are in, lack of social distancing, but that's OK for me, this covid just a habit now. I slept many times in many hotels in Indonesia, it is quite rare seeing each other staffs talking and chit chat doing shift, but maybe that is their unique style. I love the foods, it is a humble hotel but the food is so delicious, just a bit smelly when we are enter the lobby. Like the onion in the air but it is super clean. It wins location, food, and cleaning service.

Comfortable. I'll come back here next time I'm in Tasikmalaya. I recommend adding a wardrobe and mini fridge to each room. Without a wardrobe, things get messy.

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom faucet was lacking. When I turned on the shower, the bottom part of the faucet still leaked. As for the food, I didn't try everything because most of it was already finished. But overall, it was comfortable.
