The best staycation! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by all the staff. The welcome drink was refreshing and made us feel instantly at ease. Special thanks to Risya at the reception, who was super friendly and helpful. We entered the room, feeling cool and comfortable. Best of all, all the amenities were available without restrictions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view was breathtaking, especially in the morning when we woke up to the sound of birds and the soothing flow of water, plus the fresh air. Checkout was also quick and easy, with Asep very helpful and escorting us to the lobby. The food and drinks were also delicious; absolutely nothing was a disappointment. My first time staying in Puncak and it was a great experience. I brought my family for a staycation and took the family room. The room is spacious and has 3 beds. Each room has a balcony. So far, this is the most spacious room I've researched. By the way, the rooms at this hotel are always fully booked, especially on weekends (don't ask about long weekends), so always book early. The staff are friendly and super responsive. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the restaurant team is very quick to refill when something runs out, so there's no waiting. I'd say it's great. Highly recommended 🙌🏻

Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean.
