GH Universal Hotel

There was an incident at the beginning because there was no staff to greet us, help us carry our things, and direct our vehicle, until the incident of hitting the barrier, but our disappointment was paid off by the friendliness of the manager Kang Usep, who gave us a birthday party, helped us with breakfast, thanks for the friendliness.

I stayed overnight in a superior double pool view room number 209. The first impression when entering the lobby was luxurious and grand European style, but when we checked in we had to wait because it wasn't ready even though we arrived at almost 2:30 PM. We were told to wait at the bar on the 5th floor there was free afternoon tea but we were too lazy to rest, finally we were given the key to room 209 and it turned out that along the hallway the other rooms were being cleaned, why was it so late. When we entered the room, it turned out the room size was a bit small beyond expectations, but the room was clean and tidy. Look at the towels, the color was already blackish, ah I thought it was not right for a 5-star hotel, and the gong when I took a shower that afternoon, the shower was broken, the water sprayed everywhere until it came out the door through the top to the wall, until the towels hung on the wall were soaked, the floor was flooded. I felt like crying and wanted to move rooms. Finally, my husband called and reported the hotel staff, not long after the officer came after checking it turned out it couldn't be repaired, so he replaced the shower, then the floor was mopped and dried, towels, mats and wet sandals were all replaced. The bathroom is not friendly for ablution, there is no faucet, there is only 1 large shower above the head which gets wet everywhere when doing ablution. The breakfast menu has many variations, I took a boiled egg but it turned out to be overcooked until the yolk was black, when I ate the white it turned out to be bitter, I told the waiter that if you boil eggs, don't overcook them until they are black, it is dangerous for your health, finally I was replaced with a new egg that was good and cooked still orange inside. That's all my experience, hopefully there is a room check before guests arrive.

This was my first stay here. The service and staff were very friendly. It's kid-friendly. Perfect for a family staycation. The breakfast menu is also very extensive. Thank you, GH.

I made the perfect decision choosing this hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The service was top-notch, the staff were all friendly, every corner of the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, the pool was spotless, the food was delicious, and I also received a birthday surprise from the hotel. Thank God, my daughter was delighted, she said she truly felt like a princess here 😆.

The room takes a while to cool down, please pay attention.

I've never written a review, but I'm writing one because I was very impressed staying here. Everyone was friendly, they took care of several requests, the food was quite good, and I was satisfied.

The location and room are quite good, the only drawback is the hot water in the shower, sometimes it's on and sometimes it's off, so it's unstable if you want to take a warm shower in the room.

This is my second stay at GH. Thank God, I'm very happy. The hotel is very comfortable, the food is delicious, the service is friendly, and it's very clean. God willing, if I have the fortune, I'll stay there again. Amen, YRA.

The hotel is quite old, but the service and cleanliness are very well maintained. When we arrived, the bathroom shower was broken, but the staff quickly replaced it. The receptionist and hotel staff were also very friendly. I was quite satisfied with my stay here 😊
