All the staff are very friendly so it was a very memorable stay here.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful to our family. The food selection was extensive and delicious. The pool facilities were great, but the dining area was very small, and finding a seat outside was also very difficult.

So far, the hotel is very good, like a European royal style. The inside of the hotel is a bit classic, a bit scary hehehe... The breakfast food is really delicious, the pool water is cold, the staff are friendly, that's all.

A very comfortable and quiet hotel. The service was excellent. However, it was a shame to see the bathroom and shower room by the pool. They smelled strongly of urine, and there were no cleaning staff. The smell in the restrooms was especially disappointing, especially considering the hotel's comfort.

Thank you for the surprise from GH Universal Bandung. To be honest, we've stayed at this hotel several years ago. One of the reasons we returned to GH Universal was because of the fond memories, including the time we left our pets at the adjacent hotel. However, this time we were very disappointed with our breakfast experience. The restaurant refused to let our nanny accompany our two children, aged 4 and 5.5. We were also asked to pay for breakfast for the children. What we regret most is the way the situation was communicated. The restaurant staff allowed our two children into the breakfast area, but asked our nanny to stay outside, saying, "If I let you in, how will I know if you're eating?" We found these words and actions highly unprofessional. It's completely inappropriate to allow young children to be in a restaurant area unaccompanied. The safety and comfort of children should be a priority, especially when their caregivers are not allowed in. We wouldn't have a problem with a breakfast fee policy. However, the way it was communicated and handled was very disappointing and doesn't reflect the standard of service of a star-rated hotel. We hope this incident will be brought to your attention and reviewed so that other guests do not experience the same thing in the future. Thank you.

The room on the second floor had no barrier from the outside, people came and went, so at night in front of the bathroom people used to hang out, which made us uncomfortable, afraid to be seen from outside because the glass door had no curtain, even though we needed to use the bathroom. The restaurant was dirty with a less varied menu, the swimming pool had cockroaches. Fortunately, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the cake compliment for our child. Thank you GH, hopefully in the future the facilities will be even better.

The food is varied and the staff is friendly. They told us what was available at breakfast. It was delicious. The hotel wasn't too crowded, but we had a problem with the hot water, which was quickly fixed. I'll stay again soon.
