Hotels in Aceh

There were many baby cockroaches in the bathroom and even on the bed we found one baby cockroach walking on the head bed just above my husband head.

I did not find anyone to help me move the luggage to the rooms, as there are no stairs designated for dragging the luggage on it, and therefore I found it difficult on my own to transport the luggage and carry it for a long distance on the regular stairs, as well as the elevator does not reach the parking lots so that luggage can be transported through it. Another point is that there is a wooden door separating my room from the other room, and therefore the voices of the people in that room are clearly audible in my room as if they were sitting in the same room with me. There are some other things, but these are the most important things that bothered me there.

Strategic location, nice room, clean area.

Lobby is stunning, location near fromm street food and center of the ciry BUT the room very dissapointed, it looks so old and feel unmaintained very diffrent from the lobby, I got no tissue, smell room bad, and noisy. I saw the hotel is still renovating, I hope that renovating not only for public room but also the bed Room. Cheers.

Stayed here for a work travel-best location, super good price. The business room is neat and clean, the food is good. Small thing: the have the best hotel slippers-functional and we can actually wear it around!

Everything is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. But one thing to know is that the wifi is only available at the lobby.
