Know this hotel since 2022 until now the quality of service is still the same. The staff is very friendly since we were still in the car, even though we are not necessarily staying there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room facilities are very complete. The room, bathroom and area around the hotel are very clean. The most important thing is a fragrant room. With a price of 300, you can get a hotel as good as this. If you are lucky, you can even get a price of 250 with complete and clean facilities.

The hotel is located very close to the Baiturrahman Mosque. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to Baiturrahman Market. Parking is very adequate.

The price was very good for breakfast, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was friendly and kind, and I was allowed to check out at 2:00 PM because it was Friday. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a public toilet. Every few minutes, air leaked from the toilet hole, making a loud, disturbing sound, along with the distinct smell of a toilet/septic tank. The sounds of people outside the room filtered in, disrupting my sleep.

This is my second stay here, and no matter how many times I go to Banda Aceh, I'll always stay here. I left my night's tab when I checked in and only realized it the next morning when I was about to check out. It was apparently kept at the front desk. 😍

My wife and I are from Sulawesi and stayed here for an event. The hotel's location is quite strategic, there are two buildings... the old and new buildings, I happened to stay in the old building on the second floor. The shower was a bit mossy and the toilet was too old, maybe it should be serviced and cleaned. What I felt most uncomfortable was the AC, it seemed to have a timer so every 1-2 hours it automatically turned off and it was quite disturbing to sleep, but I didn't complain to the receptionists because I was too tired. But other than that, everything was fine, it was safe and comfortable. Thank you Hip Hope Hotel
