Got a room in the old building. The outdoor AC was so loud it reached inside. The noise from the next room also reached me. So I couldn't sleep.

The lobby smells good and gives a good ambiance for a first impression. The staff is nice and accommodating. The room is worth the price. The location is strategic at the city center. The breakfast is good as well, I like the coffee.

I was really satisfied with my stay here, but it's just a shame it doesn't have an elevator. It's a bit of a hassle for those with babies going up and down the stairs.

The price was very good for breakfast, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was friendly and kind, and I was allowed to check out at 2:00 PM because it was Friday. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a public toilet. Every few minutes, air leaked from the toilet hole, making a loud, disturbing sound, along with the distinct smell of a toilet/septic tank. The sounds of people outside the room filtered in, disrupting my sleep.

My wife and I are from Sulawesi and stayed here for an event. The hotel's location is quite strategic, there are two buildings... the old and new buildings, I happened to stay in the old building on the second floor. The shower was a bit mossy and the toilet was too old, maybe it should be serviced and cleaned. What I felt most uncomfortable was the AC, it seemed to have a timer so every 1-2 hours it automatically turned off and it was quite disturbing to sleep, but I didn't complain to the receptionists because I was too tired.
