Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

It was our second stay in this amazing hotel, although it was more crowded than our previous stay, the staff still made sure that the service quality did not decrease. Always a nice place to escape and have a vacation with no need to go out of the hotel grounds for activities for both children and adults, as there is a variety of restaurants and activities to choose from.

A good choice hotel in Kuta areas, even In pandemic condition they still can perform great services to their guests, all staff were sincerely showing their hospitality, especially all the restaurants staff. Tasty food with great services were an amazing combination, even on the last day, they offered me an a la carte menu to maintain our appetite. The hotel has many facilities, even though we didn't use them at all, cause we preferred to make outside activities such as walking along the beach, hunting local cuisine and shopping. Thanks The Stone, we all had good experience staying with you.

From random finding on the app to the super satisfying awesome experience in Potato Head. Why? 1. Their hospitality is at best, to local and international guests. Equal. Not just best. Great! 2. They provide lot of things to maximize our staycation there. 3. Got 3 merchandises for free! 4. There's library ā¤ļø. Also 24 hours gym, headphone bar (listening music from vinyl disc), ETC. 5. Close to anything which I needed (groceries, pharmacy, boutique, etc) 6. Super sustainable ā¤ļø (You'll know once you choose to stay there š) 7. Rest. Go find it by yourself ~I assure you won't get disappointed in Potato Head Beach Club Studios šā¤ļø. I'm looking forward to come back there, ASAP. Aamiin.

One of the biggest rooms you'll ever find in all the hotels in bali. Price of stay is superb compare to the value if locations and the size of its room. Located just besides the lippo mall which have both starbucks and maxx coffee, walking distance to Pantai Jerman and abiut 20 minutes walk to Kuta beach. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant, also serves a nice breakfast with an ocean view. Great job Aryaduta! Will come back for more nights with my family.

We booked for 4 nights and got upgraded to Premium room for being a member of Marriott Bon Voy, I think. Premium room was spacious with semi walking closet and spacious balcony (new building), great for our family of four with 2 young children. Balcony for other type of rooms in the main building seems not too big so this was great. The premium wing also has their own pool, but was closed during time and guest should use the main pool. All room facilities are top notch, service was fast and warm especially with the young ones. Toiletries are from their Heavenly Spa, and the shampoo is really soft to the hair, love it! Electric plugs are a lot, around 4 in the room and appropriately located for charging all gadgets but still room for making hot water and hair drying while at it. AC is very cold and any kind of adjustments take no affect. The staff recommend to turn it off and it works for us because it's still cool without the AC on I don't know why. Really love what the hotel offers for children starting from day 1: drink bottle, free ice cream daily for kids, canoe, and abundance free kid activities to keep them happy. We've stayed in other hotels in Nusa Dua and pretty safe to say Westin is by far the best when it comes to children activities and facilities and the staff attentiveness. The garden pathway from room to beach was also the highlight because it was beautifully maintained, and the view of greeneries meet the blue ocean will stay on our mind for a long time.

2 nights at the villa! Humongous space - 300mtr. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom suite was amazing, spacious and luxurious at the same time. Jacuzzi, private pool, even a bed in front of your private pool for you to sunbathe! Breakfast buffet was scrumptious and the staff was absolutely pleasant! The room was spacious, clean, huge bathroom with bath tub. Very comfy bed, with great bedding. But... My room was so far away from lobby, it is not just far, but really far away.. it was underground with no view, and the color chosen for interior was too dark, so it have a gloomy ambience.. The hotel is not exactly beachfront, we have to go across the road to reach the beach. They have a beach club with beachfront pool there. If you want a more luxurious stay, you should stay at the poolside room, they have direct access to the pool. They have 2 pool, one is really big at the center of the hotel, circling the poolside room, and smaller one at the beach club across the hotel room

We had a nice stay in intercontinental hotel. Our children love the pool near beach, my son go around the hotel by bicycle. Love the white sandy beach at back of the hotel. The service from the bell boy and the man who escort us to the lobby is nice, I forgot ask for his name. But I didn't like the service from the old lady facing the computer at the reception, I feel not comfortable with her, feel not welcome. But after we saw the nice and huge room, the nice view from the balcony, the cleanliness, and nice service from other employee, we like stayed here. We'll be back to intercontinental bali in the next visit.

I must say, I really enjoyed my stay here. The villa is so great, spacious, and cozy. The pool is clean. The service is also great. One bad thing during my stay, the master roomās AC wasnāt working well so some of us had to slept in living room (which was really comfy, too. I liked sleeping in their living room). Nevertheless, they gave their best service to us. Not to mention the location is very strategic. Thank you so much! Iāll make sure to stay in this villa next time.
