The best in Magelang. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The quality of the beds, pillows, and sheets is comparable to a 5-star hotel. The staff is all friendly. FYI, I've stayed at this hotel several times in the Royal room. I haven't tried the other rooms.

It was a really good experience and a good choice to stay at this hotel. I stayed at Tidar Resort room type, and it was a spacious room with a small balcony. The room was clean, and there was a bolster on the bed 😍 Also, the staff were attentive, helpful, and very friendly. So in overall, I really recommend this hotel.

Le Temple is not just a 5-star hotel, it's a 5-star Home. Almost every staff knows our names, and they treated us like families. They even surprised me with a happy birthday cake! Having very few rooms really make us feel exclusive since the facilities will never be overcrowded. Special shout-out to the breakfast team, they serve a la carte fancy breakfast, which I believe should be the gold standard for 5 star hotels to reduce food waste. Last but not least, our young kids really love feeding the chicken and fish 😊

If I go to Magelang, I definitely stay at the Grand Artos Hotel. Besides its easy-to-reach location, the hotel is also connected to the Artos Magelang Mall. So if you get bored in your room, you can just go to the mall. This is my fourth stay at the Grand Artos Hotel.

Food: The food is more traditional, but there are some Western dishes. Staff Assistance: We were helped to upgrade to a larger room because there were no extra beds available. Highlights: However, the most important thing is the comfort of the stay here; it was comfortable and serene. Price: The price is very reasonable for the location and comfort provided. Location: Very strategic location, close to Borobudur Temple and the cafes around the temple.

We had a wonderful time with The Setumbu Experience – ARTOTEL Curated. Everything was arranged neatly and professionally, so we could just enjoy the trip without worrying about anything. The whole experience felt very private and homey, which made the morning even more special and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. They seemed to know exactly what we needed and took great care of us throughout the journey. The sunrise moment at Setumbu was breathtaking, calm, magical, and absolutely worth waking up early for. Definitely one of the best curated experiences we’ve tried. Highly recommended!
