The room was not clean. The sheets and towels were not clean. The bathroom was dirty.

It's good because it provides a family room. Breakfast needs to be improved by using a restaurant and menu that is not necessarily expensive, typical of Magelang.

My first experience staying in Magelang felt like I got a hotel like this, far from my expectations, especially the bathroom area which was dirty in almost all areas, there was a lot of dust in the room, the room was not soundproof, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room area, breakfast was only given noodles which were very lacking in terms of taste and texture, with a room rate of <300 thousand, it was quite disappointing. I hope this suggestion can be accepted. Thank you.

For that price, it's pretty good.

The bathroom was very dirty, there was no standard cleaning. There was a lot of yellow moss on the walls near the faucet and the glass, and there was a lot of hair on the floor.

Killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. I got a small room on the second floor. The hotel is poorly maintained, hopefully improvements can be made in the future.

Good facilities, delicious fried rice breakfast, good service

The staff was friendly and helped us with the check-in process.

1. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. I initially got a room with a leaky ceiling, but then I moved, and the bathroom was in the same condition. 2. There were 2-3 cockroaches in the room, which was ridiculous. 3. The TV was completely dead and wouldn't turn on. 4. The room wasn't soundproof. 5. I thought breakfast would be buffet style, but it was actually delivered to my room. It wasn't a problem, but I only had one item, "fried rice," which was too salty but also too sweet. It was odd. I got two scallops/nuggets, and they were burnt. I got two glasses of tea: one thick, slightly sweet, and the other was like water with a hint of tea. 6. The parking lot was a complete mess. The security guard didn't direct me properly. I ended up parking on the side of the road. 7. The towels were extremely worn. I'm very sorry, but I hope this can be a valuable resource for management to improve. Thanks.

Hopefully I can stay again in a superior room

The room and bathroom were damp. It had an unpleasant, musty, damp smell, the air conditioning wasn't cold, the bathroom was crusty, and the sheets were worn out.

I was extremely disappointed staying here. I booked 6 rooms for 2 days, and on the second day I had to move hotels because the rooms I was given were dirtier and more disgusting than the public facilities. I'm blacklisting this hotel.

Everything is ok, the location is close to the town square and culinary, but unfortunately I got a bathroom that seemed to be rarely cleaned and leaked, so the area around the toilet was flooded with water.

Good for the price and facilities

The hotel bathroom was so dirty, it was obvious it had never been cleaned. The walls were all brown, and the water was leaking. I was so lazy to go to the bathroom because it was so dirty.

This affordable hotel is very comfortable compared to other hotels (in the same class) around Magelang. While it may seem small and cramped, trust me, this one is superior.

Overall okay, only the fried rice for breakfast is really salty. Service is okay.

A very affordable hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is also delicious. I recommend staying here if you're visiting Magelang.

The superior room is like an old building.. not very clean.. the cleanliness could be improved, maybe the old items could be replaced with new ones.
