The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant

Please, the bathroom smells musty, the toilet seat has black crust, lots of cockroaches, there are animals like scorpions, basically it has black-brown crust.

The staff was friendly and responsive, but the CLEANLINESS was lacking. We booked 3 rooms, and the bathroom area was dirty and crusty. The key to room 212 wouldn't open, so we were given a manual key. We had to move from room 211 to 217 for some reason. Our other room was safe, but the bathroom was very dirty.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, just a suggestion for the main lights, please make them a bit brighter & please replace the night lights, because I booked 3 rooms and all the night lights were off.

Close to everywhere, please keep the family room clean, there are spiders coming and there are leftover food under the mattress, the rest is ok.

The bathroom was so dirty... 😞, I was reluctant to even enter to wash my hands. Breakfast was delivered to my room with a basic menu. For the price of 400,000 Rupiah per night, it was very disappointing. Please improve this for customer comfort.

We won't be returning to the Ahava Hotel. We booked a family room. The room wasn't clean, dusty, the AC was dripping water, and worst of all, my son and nephew woke up in the morning with bumps all over their hands and cheeks. I've complained to the receptionist to pay attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was delivered to our room, white rice and pale chicken topping (like chicken noodle topping). Not at all.

Actually the hotel is good, even though it is a minimalist hotel in the city area but it is very strategic. Only the bathroom and swimming pool are really dirty (in my opinion), the bathroom is full of scale and a big no no. The swimming pool looks like it is not maintained and the chlorine smell is very strong. My advice as someone who has worked at a swimming school, if you don't want to clean the pool too often, you can replace the chlorine with tablets and replace the circulation so that when it is closed, you just vacuum it once or twice a week and the pool management is easier. Because I see from previous comments there are also a lot about the pool, maybe the management can learn about the pool

It's good because it provides a family room. Breakfast needs to be improved by using a restaurant and menu that is not necessarily expensive, typical of Magelang.

My first experience staying in Magelang felt like I got a hotel like this, far from my expectations, especially the bathroom area which was dirty in almost all areas, there was a lot of dust in the room, the room was not soundproof, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room area, breakfast was only given noodles which were very lacking in terms of taste and texture, with a room rate of <300 thousand, it was quite disappointing.
