After staying here several times, this was probably the most unpleasant experience. The room lacked liquid soap or bar soap, only shampoo. The sink leaked, and there was no spoon to stir the sugar and coffee in the glass.

The air conditioning in the rooms, lobby, and restaurant was uncomfortable. The towels were shabby, the bathtub handle was about to fall off, the shower leaked, the bathroom floor was flooded, and the towels weren't changed daily.

Staying here was quite comfortable, there was a smart TV, although the initial setup was a bit tricky, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach the room. The signal was also a bit weak, but that could be fixed by calling customer service. Since I was only in the room to sleep, it wasn't a big deal. The room was clean, with no smell at all, so it wasn't a bother. There was a hairdryer, so it was okay, and the hot water worked. Breakfast was also varied, as I'm not from Manado, so the variety was helpful.
