Thank you Hotel Aryaduta Manado, for your service, especially during the earthquake on April 2nd. In the midst of panic, the staff quickly distributed bottled mineral water, towels for guests who came down without having time to get fully dressed, pillows for the children, and even hotel slippers for my mother who ran down the emergency stairs without having time to put on shoes. The hotel even provided free lunch at that time for us, and the items that were still in the room were taken by security and hotel staff. I am a patient at Siloam Hospital and my family stayed at Aryaduta while I was treated and felt very helped, in an emergency and disaster situation like that the hotel tried to help with what we needed. The hotel rooms have nice ocean views. We can see the sunset on the sea and moving clouds any time in the day. We can see beautiful night views with street lights. We can see the harbor pier with different moods in different times of a day. The room service is good👍. We appreciate their nice and warm help. The most amazing thing is the hotel is right next to the hospital. My daughter got diarrhea and we found it was so convenient to get her treated by the doctor and nurses because we even didn't need to go out of the hotel building to the hospital which was connected with the hotel by a lobby door. The hotel is located in a downtown area so we can go out shopping easily. It is a very good choice to stay in Aryaduta Manado.

The staff are very welcoming, but the hotel is highly outdated and needs a refresh. While not completely filthy, there are noticeable stain marks everywhere—on the furniture, sofa, sheets, and shower curtains. Housekeeping also needs improvement, as I found hair on the floor and had to flush leftover toilet paper upon arrival. Great service, but the room itself needs deep cleaning and an upgrade.

Strategic location close to the area. Friendly staff & pretty good food. Unfortunately the room facilities are far from expectations. The water is dirty, the bathtub also feels reluctant to touch. The soap and shampoo dispensers are very difficult to pump. The sofa looks dirty. There are even several small cockroaches running around on the floor & chairs. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel is because of the swimming pool facility but it looks dirty from the room so I canceled swimming. Maybe the concept may be classic but in my opinion this is not classic but rather like an old building that needs maintenance.

Unfortunately, I didn't snap any pictures during my stay. I turned on the hot water tap at the sink to wash my face, but the water that came out was extremely dirty and looked like rusty water. The same thing happened with the shower. The hot water also came out rusty. I was staying in Room 740. Some of the equipment in the room, such as the chair and ironing board, was also in very poor condition and does not seem suitable for use anymore. I do not understand why items in this condition were still being used in a hotel. The cleanliness of the room also needs more attention. When I checked in, the bed linen did not appear to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. There were still lipstick stains, and both the sheets and blanket were dirty. After I called to report the issue, a housekeeping staff member did come to the room and assist me, which I appreciate. However, I believe these issues should have been checked and addressed before a guest checks in. Guest comfort and cleanliness should be properly maintained.

My room had a water problem. I've reported it to the front desk three times, but no one has come. The bathroom, both shower and sink, had a very low water flow, barely enough for regular water and only enough for hot water, making it difficult to shower. It's a shame that Aryaduta's quality is like this.
