Thank you Hotel Aryaduta Manado, for your service, especially during the earthquake on April 2nd. In the midst of panic, the staff quickly distributed bottled mineral water, towels for guests who came down without having time to get fully dressed, pillows for the children, and even hotel slippers for my mother who ran down the emergency stairs without having time to put on shoes. The hotel even provided free lunch at that time for us, and the items that were still in the room were taken by security and hotel staff. I am a patient at Siloam Hospital and my family stayed at Aryaduta while I was treated and felt very helped, in an emergency and disaster situation like that the hotel tried to help with what we needed. The hotel rooms have nice ocean views. We can see the sunset on the sea and moving clouds any time in the day. We can see beautiful night views with street lights. We can see the harbor pier with different moods in different times of a day. The room service is good👍. We appreciate their nice and warm help. The most amazing thing is the hotel is right next to the hospital. My daughter got diarrhea and we found it was so convenient to get her treated by the doctor and nurses because we even didn't need to go out of the hotel building to the hospital which was connected with the hotel by a lobby door. The hotel is located in a downtown area so we can go out shopping easily. It is a very good choice to stay in Aryaduta Manado.

When we stayed in a studio ocean view room, there were so many cockroaches in the bathroom. We were so confused that we even moved rooms, but there were still cockroaches in the other room. The breakfast was so meh, it was so meager that it felt so lacking.

The room was huge, but old and lacking maintenance. Renovations are absolutely necessary, starting with every corner of the bedroom and bathroom. It's a shame that a hotel with such an amazing location and view still uses outdated facilities. Especially during the recent earthquake, the chandelier at the reception didn't stop shaking for more than 5 minutes. Not to mention the many long cracks in the walls. Please be careful. Stayed at Aryaduta for 3 nights and what made it so enjoyable were: 1. The ocean view, enjoying the sunset every day. 2. The swimming pool with a beautiful view of Mount Manado Tua and Bunaken. 3. The delicious breakfast with a wide selection.

Everything was fine for the studio room, but I had a cockroach on the bed 🥲. The bathtub's hot water faucet was broken, sometimes it could be turned on, sometimes it couldn't.

We moved rooms because the AC wasn't cooling. After moving, the AC went out at 3 a.m., so we woke up feeling hot. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, and the hotel needed a lot of maintenance.

Check-in time was already late at 2:30 PM, but still had to wait over an hour before we could get a room. When we arrived at the room, there were lots of cockroaches in the bathroom, especially. It's a shame that Aryaduta is a well-known hotel but the maintenance is not good. The room lock was also broken.
