Stay overnight while receiving treatment because it is in the same building as Siloam Manado Hospital, there is a connecting door that connects the hospital lobby and the hotel lobby.

I booked a room with breakfast. However, it turned out there was a charge for children 5 years and older. The room didn't have a telephone or a hot water kettle. If I needed anything, I had to go down to the lobby. It was a bit of a hassle. The shower was above the bathtub, which was a bit scary having to stand in the bathtub. Before check-out time, the room was forced open by the customer service. All the staff were friendly, and the service was good.

Nice hotel. I stay here often. The breakfast menu is extensive.

To the Owner of Aryaduta, It's time to invest in improving the hotel's facilities. It would be a shame to just maintain it half-heartedly, as it will eventually fall behind. Just judge for yourself from the actual photos.

The hotel staff was friendly and prompt. Cons: The AC didn't work in two of the rooms. The hotel area was smelly and hot. There was no air conditioning or air freshener. The food lacked variety.

Perhaps because we stayed over New Year's and the hotel was completely full, we checked in to a room that hadn't been properly prepared. Breakfast was also less than ideal because the restaurant was very full and food wasn't refilled quickly. Otherwise, everything was more or less fine.

I've ordered a connected room twice and never got it. Registration is at 1:30, but I get the key at 3:00.

All the facilities at the Aryaduta Hotel are comfortable. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are comfortable, the service is good, the facilities are good, and the food is delicious. The kids loved the swimming pool. If I stay at Aryaduta again, I'll definitely stay at Aryaduta.

I happened to get a room on the 11th floor. -The bathroom needs a bit of renovation, as many parts are rusty and the toilet is yellowish. -The pillowcases aren't very clean, with yellow stains.

Check in took a long time to get the room at 6pm, the food was not good, the fried rice was burnt

When I arrived, I had a very bad room. Sheets were dirty, cable of lamps were out and off the wall. AC did not work well. Then I got removed to a better room. Better view and cleaner but central AC didn’t work and shower head didn’t work well. Overall it was ok as workers are helpful. The receptionists, the maintenance and a waiter came quickly to assist.
