Each room at this hotel has a terrace and sofas for relaxing, so the kids can play on the terrace and avoid getting bored in their rooms. The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

Staying at Bliss Surfer Hotel costs around Rp339,000, and I think it's quite worth it for that price. The place has a unique surfing concept, so it looks aesthetically pleasing and different from ordinary hotels. The location is also good, still close to everywhere. The room is quite clean and comfortable, the facilities are also safe—the AC is cold, the TV works, and there is a balcony for relaxing. The service is also friendly, making you feel at home. The pool area is also nice for chilling. The only minus is, the lights on the balcony are not working, so it's a bit dark at night. But other than that, everything is safe and there are no major problems. Overall, for this price, it's still highly recommended, especially for those looking for a cheap but still comfortable hotel 👍

They gave me the room late (3 hours) but asked me to return on time. Not a smart TV, so I could not watch anything. The fridge did not work, but when I asked them to change it, they asked me to take my things to the kitchen (so when I need something, I have to go down and take it). Wi-Fi cannot be used. The swimming pool was dirty. Food ordered to the room, they brought it very cold, and the ice cream melted like soup. Reception girls are liars in many things. Very impolite.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are clean, the security guards are helpful when it rains, and I asked the receptionist for a GoFood order. The toothbrushes are great for brushing my teeth. Just a minor note: the sink could use a polish to make it shinier, and the shower and washer outlets could be cleaned to ensure proper water flow.
