My second time in Bali, I'll always stay here. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is great, the food is great, and the staff is very helpful. Best of luck, Bliss Surfer.

The hotel is in the center of everything, clean, and the staff are friendly.

The water in the sink takes a long time to drain (maybe something is clogged), and there are sugar ants, maybe you can pay attention, thank you.

They gave me the room late (3 hours) but asked me to return on time. Not a smart TV, so I could not watch anything. The fridge did not work, but when I asked them to change it, they asked me to take my things to the kitchen (so when I need something, I have to go down and take it). Wi-Fi cannot be used. The swimming pool was dirty. Food ordered to the room, they brought it very cold, and the ice cream melted like soup. Reception girls are liars in many things. Very impolite.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are clean, the security guards are helpful when it rains, and I asked the receptionist for a GoFood order. The toothbrushes are great for brushing my teeth. Just a minor note: the sink could use a polish to make it shinier, and the shower and washer outlets could be cleaned to ensure proper water flow.

Comfortable atmosphere, clean room and friendly staff

we stayed for only from 7pm to 5am since we had to catch the early flight but we still want to explore legian and kuta beach. the location is exactly in the busy area and it was traffic, the swimng pool is quite big, we stayed in two rooms with direct access to the pool and the rooms was great, they had a comfy place to chill in front as the balcony. we asked the packed bfast but would be nice of they provide more variety for the intercontinental pax, thank you anywy

This is the second time i stayed here, the room ambience of Junior Suite was nice and I like the location, but the room cleanliness especially the floor need to be improved as still found hairs on the floor, woman staff in the reception was nice during c/o, but staff who deliver my request to the room feels not really friendly.

My family and I vacation in Bali almost once a year and always stay at this hotel. Since I have small children, I need a spacious room with an open area. Each room at this hotel has a terrace and sofas for relaxing, so the kids can play on the terrace and avoid getting bored in their rooms. The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

It was good , but the shampo n shoap was not enough, so we hope at nect time every day more better n care about that.

Overall it's ok, only the bathroom light is not bright enough.

I stayed at this hotel which was recommended by a friend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Near to the Legian Food Court and convenient shops with plenty of food choices. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility.

The bedroom & bathroom are clean, the hot water also works well. The staff service is friendly, the wifi also works well. Hopefully next time, I can stay again at this hotel.

Hotel with unique design and strategic location. Close to Kuta beach, food court and shopping area. The staff is responsive and friendly. From the security guard who helped arrange parking, to the receptionist who greeted us with a smile. Helpful and informative when helping with the check-in process. The room was clean, only the AC leaked and the elevator error. The AC leak was immediately assisted by HK officers. Our elevator was directed to move to the elevator at the back. We felt comfortable with the service of all staff during our stay at Bliss Surfer Hotel.

Front Office Team, Security are very friendly. Incidentally got a room upgrade too. Overall very good!
