It was my first experience to stay at Brits Hotel. I loved it. The hotel is quite big, it has pool and quite complete fitness equipment. The room is comfy and lightly bigger compared to other common budget hotels. Everything was working properly in the room. I would love to come back. Its value for money too.

The hotel location is strategic, the room is quite clean but there are some dirty parts and it is a bit noisy because it is being renovated, the AC is cold, only the refrigerator is lacking, the staff is quite friendly and polite, regarding the breakfast it is delicious and there are many choices only the porridge is cold I stayed 4 days 3 nights every morning breakfast is cold porridge, but everything is still okay

Check-in is at 2 pm, motorbike rental is provided, access to everywhere is quite close, breakfast has many choices, and everything is delicious, the room is very comfortable, clean, tidy, there is also a balcony for the smoking room, 🫶🏻

the location is perfect and surrounded with restaurants so its easier to looking for food, staffs all were so friendly and the room is quite spacious.
the only downside was you can not check in early, even though its only 30 minutes before the supposed check in time, so you have to wait until the time just for check in.

For business trips, the Brits Hotel is a great place to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast menu is also extensive. The parking area is a bit small, but security can assist with parking.

Overall, this hotel is great. The location is quiet, away from the crowds. The only thing that needs improvement is ensuring the bathroom exhaust is functioning properly to keep the bathroom floor dry. And if all the rooms are occupied due to a school trip, the kitchen must be able to predict the food stock in the restaurant. When I was there for breakfast, I couldn't get a seat and almost everything was sold out, so I had to wait for the kitchen to cook first.
