The room was dusty, the bed linen & blanket had a lot of animal fur. The complimentary mineral water did not look clean. There was an insect (grasshopper) when I arrived in the room, and a lot of ants. The bathroom was nasty, with no warm water. All floors were dusty, and it was not worth it for the average room rate of +-500,000 rupiah for 1 night. Please increase the cleanliness of the room and facilities for guests.

The bathroom had no water heater. The countertop and shower were dirty, full of ants. The toilet was dirty and black. The Wi-Fi was poor. The bedroom door was broken. Everything looked poorly maintained.

When we stayed overnight, the lights went out for about three hours. It was very unpleasant.

I was very satisfied with my stay there, the only downside was that the water heater wouldn't work. Please fix it. Everything else was fine. I was very satisfied.

The room was damp, there was moss behind the mattress, lots of ants, the mattress was dusty, the pillowcase and pillow smelled of someone's saliva.

The view from the Damar room is truly breathtaking. Three mountains (Salak, Gede, and Pangrango) and several hills can be seen at once. The camping area is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Amenities like towels, an electric kettle, and more are provided. However, the quality and cleanliness of the room facilities need to be improved. Many sides of the tent and bathroom are covered in moss and mold, the back of the mattress and bedside table are dusty, and the tent structure is loose in some places, allowing small animals like insects and geckos to easily enter. Many parts of the balcony floor are rotting, the bedroom door won't close properly (the zipper on the tent door is working), and the bathroom faucet is partially broken but still usable. The access road is quite steep and rugged, even slippery after rain. It's recommended to use a manual vehicle or motorcycle.

Access to the location is not ready, the network is difficult, there is no WiFi

An impressive experience... beautiful and peaceful, the view is divine... The only thing is that the access is a steep incline, so your vehicle must be in prime condition... It's natural that there are lots of insects because it's in nature, but otherwise it's really good.

Staffs are friendly, but the place is a bit dirty, both the bathroom and bedroom. It's a shame they're not maintain the cleanliness

The hotel staff is very friendly, but the room does not match the reviews. Initially I booked the pine type. I deliberately took the most expensive type for more comfort. Turns out ??? In the room there were caterpillars twice, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was also dirty as if it hadn't been swept. The tent was dirty, the towels smelled. The hanging rack couldn't be used because it was rickety. For the price of 500 thousand, it was really not worth it. Even though in the end I was moved to the surian type, it was still disappointing.

Yesterday I stayed in the citrus room, When I just arrived I didn't expect it to be this dirty and smelly. Even though the place is really good with a mountain view and a wide expanse of green. The less than satisfactory cleanliness is, there are many small animals even in the tent there are snails, caterpillars & lots of black ants. The sheets are also quite dirty and can be seen in the photos I sent. Even though the hotel staff is very friendly & very helpful. But it's a shame that the management for cleanliness & facilities in this place is not good. Hopefully the management will develop well in the future. And please fix it. And hopefully I can come back again because the atmosphere is very beautiful.
