For that price, it's definitely worth it to get a hotel in Central Jakarta. It's affordable. The staff is friendly, and it's close to Alfa Indo and plenty of dining options.

I'll stay here occasionally because it's not noisy at all. The staff is also very helpful and very kind. Thank you, Sis. The biggest downside is the shower gel, it's always out of stock. It's only good for one shower. So I bring my own.
