I stayed at D'Arcici Cempaka Putih from June 26–29, 2026. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is strategic and easily accessible, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean. This hotel is suitable for business trips or multi-day stays in the Cempaka Putih area. Hopefully, the quality of service and facilities can be maintained and improved in the future.

The price is comparable to the quality and service. Awesome 👍. I think it's quite clean, the bathroom amenities are sufficient, the bedroom floor is not sticky when stepped on, the wifi works well, the AC is cold, and the TV is not broken. Breakfast is varied, there is rice, side dishes, and vegetables. I stayed for more than 1 day, the food menu is different every day. Also provided are bread, jam (chocolate, strawberry, butter), tea, coffee, sugar, and drinking water. There is green bean porridge, pudding, and fruit as dessert 👍. The staff are very friendly 👍 Smile, greet, say hello 👍. Hopefully it will be even better in the future. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here ⭐.

The hotel was incredibly dirty, with the sheets badly stained and torn. They were no longer white, and they were dirty. The environment was very noisy, and the lobby was noisy. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Hot water was available, but you had to wait 10 minutes. The towels were dirty and stained. The refillable water gallon in front of the room was never filled. It looked more like a boarding house.
