The hotel was incredibly dirty, with the sheets badly stained and torn. They were no longer white, and they were dirty. The environment was very noisy, and the lobby was noisy. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Hot water was available, but you had to wait 10 minutes. The towels were dirty and stained. The refillable water gallon in front of the room was never filled. It looked more like a boarding house.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The staff are friendly, but in the morning please don't bother offering to clean the room even though I didn't ask, also calling the wrong room number via telephone.

The room was quite spacious, the air conditioning a little weak, and the cleanliness was a bit lacking in the bathroom. Some of the appliances were a bit worn, but they still worked well.

Although not very big, the room is clean, the space is comfortable, but it is quite audible when there are people walking outside.

I stayed at D'Arcici Cempaka Putih from June 26–29, 2026. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is strategic and easily accessible, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean. This hotel is suitable for business trips or multi-day stays in the Cempaka Putih area. Hopefully, the quality of service and facilities can be maintained and improved in the future.

So, after checking in that night, it turned out the room's AC wasn't very cool. Contacted the receptionist, who was very responsive and immediately moved me to a room with cool AC. Thank you, sir, for a comfortable stay.
