The room wasn't cleaned from check-in to check-out. The sliding door to the balcony was broken and difficult to open. The pillows were inadequate, meaning they were already flat. The mattress was inadequate, meaning they were already flat. The towels provided, though washed, were not clean and had hard, not soft fabric.

My first time staying here, I got a room with poor air conditioning on the first day, but on the second day and beyond, I was moved to the 17th floor and the room was nice, with cool air conditioning, and good service. For the price, it was quite satisfactory.

The ceiling is broken, there are many leaks. The spare mattress has many holes due to cigarette butts, many cigarette burns in many places. The AC is not cold. There are many burnt cigarette butts everywhere, on the table, in the cupboard, on the kitchen set, etc. The dirty floor is not mopped. The pillows are unusable, very thin, far from SOP standards. The receptionist is not friendly. There is no Netflix. I checked in for 2 people but was only given 1 towel. The water heater was broken, I didn't get hot water when I took a shower. Not soundproof, people outside talking could be heard very clearly.

I thought it was nice, but it wasn't. Maybe it was because it was cheap? The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom was yellow, and it kept flooding. Furthermore, the balcony door wouldn't open, there was no electric kettle, and there were no eating utensils.

In my opinion, the facilities provided are very lacking, especially in terms of cleanliness. The mattress and sheets were stained, not just one or two, but almost all of them. Please be more professional. How can we pay for something and still get such benefits? How can the room we were given smell like cigarettes and be extremely dirty?
