Delonix Hotel Karawang

At first, we thought the hotel would be boring and apartment-like, especially since most of the guests were Japanese. We were worried we'd feel intimidated, but from check-in, through breakfast, through the tour, and through leaving, all the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. We felt truly appreciated at every moment. It's going to be a wonderful stay. Thank you, Delonix.

My first time staying here... It was amazing, very comfortable, clean, the atmosphere was calm, the service was very friendly, the food was delicious... Highly recommended... I will schedule a staycation here again next time.

Perfect, all services and facilities can be used

I spent my Eid al-Fitr 2026 staycation with my family at the Delonix Hotel Karawang. I stayed in a Premier Golf View room. Upon entering, I was greeted by a kitchenette and cupboards equipped with a microwave, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, water heater, two bottles of water, towels, and a safe. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and shower, a hairdryer, a vanity mirror, and toiletries. The bathroom was quite spacious thanks to the separate bathtub, shower, and toilet areas. The bedroom then featured a king-size bed, plush pillows and cushions, a large, super-comfortable sofa, and a writing desk with a comfortable work chair. Despite all this, the room still felt spacious due to its size. One morning, our family of three—nine adults and two 10-year-old children—gathered in one room for morning prayers, but it still felt empty. The staff were friendly, always smiling and greeting us. When I wanted to use the onsen ofuri (hot spring bath), they were well prepared. One incident happened: I lost the key to my wardrobe during the sauna. The staff promptly helped me retrieve the key from between the wooden beams of the sauna. The food was delicious and varied, and the opening hours were also early, from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., so I didn't have to rush to get up or eat. Thank you. One of the things I provided during the survey was the television facilities. I wish they had a smart TV, because for this price, even far below the price of a Delonix room, they already offer that feature. The hotel is close to the high-speed train station, as I also used that transportation. It's also close to a large clothing outlet center in Karawang. Oh yes, while staying there, I left something (a bag) behind. I was contacted a few hours after I checked out, and shortly after, around the next day, my item was delivered and arrived at my home. I was, of course, responsible for the shipping costs. Thank you for a pleasant experience at the Delonix Hotel.

Peaceful and clean air here, also here have onsen like in Japan

Overall score 8.5 out of 10. Almost perfect (super friendly staff, comfortable and cool hotel atmosphere, fully equipped gym, swimming pool, great for kids. Free bikes are available, but please check the bikes. 3 of them couldn't be used due to flat tires. A suggestion: Can they be used outside the hotel area?) Breakfast only needs improvement: Very little variety, the food tastes average, even though compared to hotels below Delonix, such as Fave Hotel. Delonix is a 4-star hotel, but the breakfast variety and taste are below 3-star hotels like Fave Hotel, which is close to Delonix. The bread is limited to croissants and white bread. There are no other pastries, making breakfast unexciting for kids. Coffee takes a long time to prepare; it would be better if it wasn't pre-made and could be refilled like infused water. Hot tea is lacking, and it's not readily available because it's tucked away in a corner. Iced tea could be sweeter, especially for kids. It's better to try the orange juice first because it's sour and bitter. The salads lacked variety, even though I was quite busy when I stayed on March 22, 2026. The nasi uduk tasted better if eaten outside the hotel, even though the additional breakfast per person, excluding tax and service charge, was already 125,000 Rupiah (adults, children 45,000 Rupiah). If asked if I'd return, I'd definitely do so, but I'd book without breakfast.

The hotel is very beautiful, perfect for a family staycation. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's also a spacious ofuro. Highly recommended.

The onsen is quite good for a weekend. It's recommended to book a room not in the wing, as it's quite far from the reception. The atmosphere is okay. The only thing missing is a children's play area.

For the price I stayed, breakfast should have been included. The TV and channels are very limited. Still not using a Smart TV. Who wants to watch Rajawali TV or Moji TV? They still use a decoder. So bad. Try replacing it with a Smart TV. There are Netflix, Disney, YouTube, and various other options. So you won't be bored in your room, which is far from everywhere.

If you don't want to deal with the traffic jams in Puncak and Bandung, you can come here. Staying here is also fun, the staff are friendly from check-in to check-out. The restaurant is always asking if you're missing or need anything. Because there are a lot of Japanese people, the breakfast menu is interesting, unlike other hotels. They even have nato and udon. It's really fun, worth trying ☺️

Just got back from Japan. Staying at Delonix reminded me of Japan. The toilet in the room is very Japanese. The seat can be adjusted to warm the water, plus a hair dryer. Very sophisticated. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. This hotel is really cool. I want to come here again. Very satisfied

delonix hotel is the best.. the management is very good. very satisfied with the staycation at delonix. one day is not enough.. the ofuro is a must try.. the body immediately relaxes.. light.. the food is all delicious.. this is no longer a five star.. trillions of stars for delonix.. thank you very much.. the hospitality is the best.. highly recommended.

It was really nice to stay here.. The room is spacious, clean, the AC is cold, the water is flowing, the Wi-Fi is smooth, the swimming pool is really nice, the gym is also really nice, the equipment is complete and good, the breakfast has many variations plus the staff are very friendly from the beginning when you enter until the restaurant is very friendly.... Next time I will stay here again
