This hotel has a river right next to it, perfect for relaxing on the river rocks in the afternoon. The atmosphere is serene, the resort building is unique, and the breakfast menu is quite extensive. The rooms are also very clean. There's a cafe with beautiful views. What I really appreciated was the direct delivery of any items I left behind. Thank you to the entire Driam Riverside team.

even though the room faces the river, the room is not noisy when the door is closed. the view offered from this room makes fatigue disappear. it's not a loss to choose to stay here. I was very touched and at the same time grateful because my husband and I were allowed to check in early. this resort is still a bit far from the white crater tourist spot but I think it doesn't matter because the place is cool.

I ordered a room with a river view, masyaAllah it was really nice, the air was also soooooo cool, even without AC it was no problem. the bathroom was also clean, there was no smell, the room was clean, the bed sheets, pillows, blankets were clean. so it's the best place for a staycation

The rooms are clean, nice, and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities, including a swimming pool, playground, river, sports area, and more. The food is pretty standard, with not much variety, but it's still good for breakfast. There are plenty of photo spots too. It's a shame we arrived late last night due to traffic, even though we wanted to explore the hotel.

The service was okay, but the room was a bit under-lit for a wooden house, and the security guard gave me the wrong directions. Please provide security with directions to the overall layout of the area.

Nice room, great location. I just want to ask for more attention to pest control. Don't neglect the forest/nature theme. The bedsheets are full of millipedes and caterpillars. They're dangerous if they touch children.

A recommendation from a friend. I booked a standard deluxe room and then asked for an upgrade to a riverview room. Unfortunately, it rained continuously in the afternoon, so we couldn't play in the sand in front of our room, but the sound of rain and the flowing river made for a relaxing atmosphere. The room amenities were fine, with umbrellas for outside use. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. The play facilities were all good.
