My first time staying at El Hotel. I usually just pass by, but finally got to experience it. Good service, nice staff, convenient location, quiet, and clean. Swimming is very comfortable. Bringing family and kids really enjoyed it. I'll stay here again in the future.

My room wasn't ready until 3:00 PM, with an unreasonable explanation for the delay, but the hotel manager responded very well. The room was clean, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent. Clear and honest information from the receptionist regarding the late room readiness issue is needed.
