A very beautiful hotel, full of lush trees and plants. A beautiful swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel area, surrounded by coconut trees. Adjacent to Banyuwangi Park, it also appears to be under the same management. The parking area is spacious and shady. Bicycles are available for rent to explore the city. However, the lobby lacks seating. The restaurant is spacious with a varied menu and delicious food.

The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable, the AC is cold, the hotel staff is very friendly and fast response, the breakfast menu is varied, very helpful for early check in because we just arrived from Jakarta at 13.00.

Friendly staff. I got off Ijen at 10am and didn't have time for breakfast. Breakfast was delivered to my room in a complete, neat, and clean box. Thank you.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and powerful. The only downside was that the distance from the lobby to the room was quite far. It's not very convenient for seniors. Everything else was great.

It’s a great choice for us to come here after from long journey with train. We arrived at BWI in a dawn but we still can get a bit proper place (beside swimming pool) to rest down and pampered ourself before check in at 12pm. Thank you so much for friendly staff we had at the lobby.
