This was my first time staying here. All the staff were very friendly, the hotel room was clean, didn't smell stuffy, and all rooms have balconies, making it convenient for my husband who smokes to avoid having to enter the room. The breakfast menu is extensive, delicious, and clean. Highly recommended for families. There's a mini playground and a clean swimming pool. My only suggestion is that the pool could be equipped with a slide to make it more attractive. Thank you. Always be successful.

A very beautiful hotel, full of lush trees and plants. A beautiful swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel area, surrounded by coconut trees. Adjacent to Banyuwangi Park, it also appears to be under the same management. The parking area is spacious and shady. Bicycles are available for rent to explore the city. However, the lobby lacks seating. The restaurant is spacious with a varied menu and delicious food.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and powerful. The only downside was that the distance from the lobby to the room was quite far. It's not very convenient for seniors. Everything else was great.

It’s a great choice for us to come here after from long journey with train. We arrived at BWI in a dawn but we still can get a bit proper place (beside swimming pool) to rest down and pampered ourself before check in at 12pm. Thank you so much for friendly staff we had at the lobby.
