The female receptionist was not very friendly. We had to wait for an hour even though we had asked to check in at 13.00 but had to wait until 14.00 even though the room was ready. Please improve the service. There was one woman who was not friendly.

Clean rooms, complete bathroom equipment too. The downside is the security guard is always suspicious every time I go back and forth to go in and out of the hotel, thinking I'm not a resident of the apartment, maybe it could be briefed again that there are rooms for rent for lodging. Every hallway should be given lights so that it looks bright and not scary.

Not a hotel but an apartment, at first I was surprised because the condition of the apartment on the ground floor was not well organized, in terms of location it is very strategic in the middle of Bekasi city, close to many malls and stations, it is not difficult to find a place to eat either. The condition of the room is also big for that price but the bathroom is small, there is a balcony but it is dirty, the cleanliness of the room is still lacking, for a one-day stay it is still okay. The apartment hallway is also not clean and not well maintained. Check-in and check-out services are okay
