My first transit stay from Malang to Jakarta, arriving late at night, and getting a spare room with lots of small cockroaches and a blurry TV. I automatically requested a room change, asking for a double bed, but instead the twins were put together, there was a small table in the middle. Why wasn't that mentioned earlier? Breakfast was minimal, with no pastries. My first and last stay at Favehotel Solo.

Stayed for the second time at Fave Manahan because the previous stay was very pleasant. Then tried to stay again and it turned out to be a different room. Yup, very different.. got on the 5th floor, at the end, and there was no wallpaper on the walls, so it was like I got a room that hadn't been renovated and lost the impression of Fave which was identical to its wall wallpaper. The table in my room seemed very small, different from my previous room, so I had to move the glasses to use the laptop while charging. Cleanliness was also still lacking, long hair came in even though I was staying alone. Then there were sticker residues that weren't completely removed.. I could scratch them with my fingernail. And the AC buttons had many holes. And what was more surprising... the TV remote was given a plastic remote cover... it just felt strange, a 3-star hotel like that. Please improve it in the future 🙏🏼

Convenient location, friendly and helpful security, good front office, good service, comfortable rooms, although there was some water seepage during heavy rain. Hotel parking is limited, but valet service is available in the area across from the hotel. Room door locks must be updated/changed daily if staying for several days.
