The deluxe room was spacious and clean, with a clean bathroom and neat, complete amenities. All the staff were friendly, especially the receptionists—Miss Pitri and Utami. My suggestion: for smoking rooms, the exhaust should be a bit stronger to prevent the smoke from getting stuffy. Thank you.

I checked in late at 11:00 PM. Due to the high number of guests, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite for free. The room and toilet were clean. The mattress, pillows, sheets, and bed cover were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with the usual menu: lontong medan, lupis, and chicken porridge. For a star-rated hotel, this is the best option. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I originally only wanted to stay for 2 hours. But I ended up extending my stay. It was really comfortable. The cleanliness was also great 👍👍👍. The breakfast was great. I was excited to have breakfast every morning, even though I normally don't 🤣. The Lontong Medan was top-notch. The rice cake was so soft. The tauco was delicious, just the right amount of saltiness, and the chilies were just the right amount of spiciness. The vegetables weren't overcooked, and the anchovies weren't too salty either. Perfect. And the bakwan was top-notch. Bite-sized. And the taste 👍👍👍👍👍. The pineapple was also great. It looked overripe but it wasn't, and the sweetness was what 👍👍👍👍. Another plus is the hotel's strategic location. If you don't have a car, it's easy to get a GoCar. There are also several delicious restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were also fast. Oh yeah, thumbs up to the lady at the egg station who wasn't wearing a hijab. Even while she was busy making eggs, she still responded to our requests with a smile and, once they were ready, promptly delivered them to our table. Even though I told her I'd get them later. Several times she was also ready to help us in other areas. Always on standby. I once ran out of fried fritters and asked her about it. She immediately refilled them. Super sincere service, as she didn't ask to be named in case I write a hotel review.

All is good. The only not good thing is the bathroom shower head, it cannot be moved. Breakfast was so good. Staff had fast responses.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and close to the city center. The food is also delicious, though not very varied. However, the friendliness of the front desk staff needs attention; more training is needed to improve their friendliness and courtesy.

My first experience staying in Medan. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, even though check-in was a bit late. I booked a Deluxe room and requested a Non-Smoking Room with a Double Bed, which the hotel happily accommodated. But perhaps to ensure a non-smoking room, I was chosen at the very end. I got room 1100 on the 11th floor. It was a bit quiet because it was at the very end, but that was okay because it met my request. During check-in, I was also informed that I could refill the drinking water at the dispenser near the elevator. And no joke, the water was Cleo Refill, the dispenser could be Warm and Cold as well. What I also liked most was the hand soap and 3-in-1 (shower soap-shampoo) also smelled really good. If you want to brew tea or coffee, powder is provided, Nescafe black coffee and Teh Botol Sosro, also with sweetener, sugar, and creamer. This is actually trivial, but for me, paying attention to these small details adds a plus point to this hotel's service. I also asked for the room to be cleaned. I was only out for three hours, and when I returned, the room was as clean as it was when I first checked in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying here. Plus, the view was great, with a view of the city from the window. I might consider staying here again.
