I checked in late at 11:00 PM. Due to the high number of guests, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite for free. The room and toilet were clean. The mattress, pillows, sheets, and bed cover were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with the usual menu: lontong medan, lupis, and chicken porridge. For a star-rated hotel, this is the best option. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I originally only wanted to stay for 2 hours. But I ended up extending my stay. It was really comfortable. The cleanliness was also great 👍👍👍. The breakfast was great. I was excited to have breakfast every morning, even though I normally don't 🤣. The Lontong Medan was top-notch. The rice cake was so soft. The tauco was delicious, just the right amount of saltiness, and the chilies were just the right amount of spiciness. The vegetables weren't overcooked, and the anchovies weren't too salty either. Perfect. And the bakwan was top-notch. Bite-sized. And the taste 👍👍👍👍👍. The pineapple was also great. It looked overripe but it wasn't, and the sweetness was what 👍👍👍👍. Another plus is the hotel's strategic location. If you don't have a car, it's easy to get a GoCar. There are also several delicious restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were also fast. Oh yeah, thumbs up to the lady at the egg station who wasn't wearing a hijab. Even while she was busy making eggs, she still responded to our requests with a smile and, once they were ready, promptly delivered them to our table. Even though I told her I'd get them later. Several times she was also ready to help us in other areas. Always on standby. I once ran out of fried fritters and asked her about it. She immediately refilled them. Super sincere service, as she didn't ask to be named in case I write a hotel review.

I've been requesting room cleaning since 1:00. I returned to the hotel at 3:00, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. I don't know what to do. It was a bit annoying. I'd already asked the staff while they were cleaning the same floor and the FO. The 4 FO staff members, because they were busy, didn't even say sorry. It was a bit lacking.

Awful smell at check-in. Smelled like body odor mixed with fresh paint. Upon my request, they tried to remove it with air freshener, but it only lasted 20 minutes before going back to the awful smell. Probably accumulated from not being cleaned well.

PROS: The food was pretty good, but lacked variety. I got a connecting room, but both TVs couldn't watch the World Cup. CONS: The hotel is more suited for business travelers, not staycations (too crowded), and parking is limited.
