The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff are friendly, it is close to the city center and there is a souvenir shop in front of the hotel so it is easy to get souvenirs for the family because the purpose of the trip was to attend a work friend's wedding reception, and the reception location was close to the hotel where they were staying.

The staff was friendly upon check-in, the bathroom was uncomfortable, the sink often flooded, the room wasn't soundproof, and noise from other rooms and outside the hotel disturbed my sleep. Good enough to be a stopover. The swimming pool is quite interesting for children. Breakfast is also quite good, only the staff almost all show unfriendly expressions/smiles. Overall, it's quite good.

The hotel is in the right location, not balanced with the price, dirty toilet, dirty room, ask them to clean it, there are still many dirty ones. The toilet floor is also sticky, there is no soap in the bathroom, it doesn't refill after it runs out.

Overall comfortable, but for breakfast in a comfortable hotel like this, there is no omelet 😁. Stayed here for 2 days, they said it was empty 🤔 they didn't provide it, why hehe in a good hotel like this, there are no eggs, that's basic hehhe, but overall comfortable, enjoyable stay at Gardena 👍
