I stayed for 2D1N and it was super comfort. I brought my kids and he’s totally Fun. This is a friendly kids hotel with many kids facility. Indoor playground, outdoor playground, mini zoo, cooking class, spa for mom and kids, really can enjoy the time here, no need go outside the hotel . Would be come back again here.

One stop solution for anyone with kids. I don't need to go anywhere outside the hotel to entertain my child. Even when it's night time, we can still come to the playground because my child isn't tired yet. The playground is 75k for 24 hours

The room was not cleaned properly, there was still dirt on the carpet and hair on the floor, the glass was dusty, this room looked like it was not cleaned thoroughly!!! I remember being disappointed, I had complained twice about the room, the first was because the bathroom flush was not working

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately, the menu is almost exactly the same every day. We stayed for three nights. So, the menu at breakfast didn't vary significantly for three times. It's a shame, considering the restaurant is that big. And the room rates are quite high for the food, which really needs to be improved.

Kanar is okay, just not fragrant enough,, for the food it's really bad, ordered pizza and fried noodles for dinner, the fried noodles are really salty, so oily that it's inedible, the pizza also ugh the taste is terrible,, the worst pizza I've ever eaten hahahah... breakfast also has a lot of salty food, for the cakes it's also hard, lots of variants but the taste is really lacking, have to learn again this part of the restaurant, it's really bad, how come you don't taste it. for the playground and swimming pool, it's so so, the mini zoo needs to be tidied up more,, to come back again it seems no, hehe ..

My favorite hotel when I go to Bandung is child-friendly. There is a mini zoo, playground, and warm water swimming pool. However, on weekends, it is very crowded and there are many choices for breakfast. My suggestion is to have breakfast early so it is not too crowded.

I apologize for giving a poor rating for Service & Facilities. This should be a lesson learned. Check-out time coincided with an event at the hotel, and parking was limited, but valet service was available. Hotel guests and event guests waited for their cars to be picked up for over 30 minutes, and the lobby was crowded. Please note and consider improvements regarding this.
