Very satisfied with this hotel, from check-in until check-out all the services, facilities, staff, environment, ambiance, restaurant, Center Stage, music, paparazzi were very satisfying. Special credit to: - Dany, staff Center Stage who friendly welcomed us and even ensured my song request was sung. - The paparazzi staff, Apin (if not mistaken, name of the photographer) and Bu Ketut who ensured my print photo that was left behind was delivered to my home without any fee. Very recommended hotel.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and all the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The service throughout the stay was excellent. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing, and all facilities were in great condition. Special appreciation to the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, such a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Kuta Beach, near Beach Walk Mall. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The on-site amenities are excellent, especially the swimming pool area. It's suitable for families with children. There's rock music in the evenings. The breakfast buffet is basic and not very diverse. The downsides are that the rooms are damp and old, and the soundproofing is poor.

Nice pool with a kid-friendly water playground. Daily night entertainment with a live band. The location is good with eateries and massage parlors around Hard Rock Bali.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, and the kids' club was a great facility that kept the children entertained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and more variety would be appreciated. Housekeeping and overall cleanliness could also be enhanced to provide a more comfortable experience. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Despite these issues, the good location and family-friendly facilities made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is nice and the waterpark amazing for kids, but the room has no soundproofing. At 6 am for 3 days, we had neighbors with kids screaming. We couldn’t sleep well. All hotel staff are very friendly, except for the kids club personnel, who were very strict and not smiling as they are supposed to be.
