I had the most pleasant stay here. I really didn't expect will get free upgrade room, thank you so much for that. The staffs was nice & friendly. The facilities of the hotel & the breakfast was really good.

the third time if i'm not mistaken staying here, as usual, the staffs are really friendly and helpful. i'm pretty impressed by this hotel's way to prevent covid19. ada pengecekan suhu badan, hand sanitizer dimana-mana dll. keep up the great work! def will be back again!

The hotel's location is strategically located in the city center, with prompt service and a very friendly staff.
The hotel room smells nice, is tidy, and is soundproofed. The bathroom is very clean. But what really impressed me was the varied, delicious food, and the very comfortable atmosphere.

I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Jakarta because it offers easy access to everywhere. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are accommodating and friendly. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and very comfortable

It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Snacks and drinks were provided upon check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, I got a smoking room, and there was a slight smell of cigarettes, but it didn't detract from the comfort.

The most terrible I’ve experienced. Absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had. Yes, the room was big and cosy — but what’s the point if the TV doesn’t even turn on? Two engineers came, problem still there.
Then at midnight, the AC died. Remote stopped working, engineer said “filter issue,” and minutes later it broke again. Only at 2 AM did they finally offer me a room change.
Shameful. For a hotel priced higher than nearby competitors, this was unbearable. Only saving grace: easy LRT access. Everything else? A disaster.

I stayed at the Harper MT Haryono Hotel for a business trip, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Its strategic location—close to Halim Perdanakusuma High-Speed Train Station and Halim Perdanakusuma Airport—makes it very convenient, especially for those traveling on business or with scheduled flights or flights from Halim.
The hotel is also located in a quiet and comfortable area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and a Family Mart right next door adds convenience for daily needs.
The room I stayed in was quite spacious for the rate offered. The staff was also very friendly and responsive.
Overall, I recommend the Harper MT Haryono Hotel, especially for those looking for comfortable accommodations with easy transportation access to and from Halim.
