Old hotel, old facilities. The air conditioning is old and not cold. The towels also seem very old. The sheets and blankets are also outdated. However, it's nice, with easy access and a fairly tasty and varied breakfast.

It's pretty good for the price. The location is quite strategic, close to Matraman KRL Station, Matraman Baru TJ Bus Stop, Citiplaza Mall, and many food stalls nearby. It's just a shame that the breakfast menu has a limited variety of protein, and there's no table tissue (only toilet paper). The staff are very friendly, and each room also has a Quran and prayer mat. The hair dryer doesn't work. There are some spots on the pillows. But overall, it's clean and comfortable for sleeping.

Highly recommended for a family vacation. There's a mall in front of the hotel, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. I think breakfast should be charged for children over 6. The room was nice, but unfortunately, the blankets smelled like they hadn't been changed. And I found the parking area a bit limited.
