This is my third time staying here and I will always come back. The food is amazing, the breakfast is amazing too. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is so good, and they have a bathtub in every room. The pool is great; you can also practice diving here. They also have a whirlpool, ice bath, steam, and sauna, and you can pamper yourself at their little salon afterward. Such a great experience here!

We stayed from June 25 to June 29. Booked one unit 3-bedroom apartment and 02 units of the Superior King Bed. Overall, it was clean & organized. 1. Just to highlight: the toilet in the master room right inside (the one away from the other 2 rooms near the main door) leaks pretty badly between the bathtub & the toilet bowl. The floor towels get soaked wet daily, and there is always a pool of water in front of the toilet bowl. Room 0127. Please look into it. Compliments: 1. The menu & food served at El Padrino Steakhouse is meticulously prepared, a true fine dining experience. Worth every penny!! Keep them!! It will definitely be a go-to dining restaurant if I ever travel to JKT again. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Though the hotel is old, it is very well-kept.

I overall enjoyed my stay, my kids especially loved the huge pool and activities they provided. The room was clean, the water pressure was good, hot water was also superb. The food tasted good, even though we had to wait in line during breakfast. I'll be frank, what disappointed us was the smell of cigarettes everywhere! The first thing greeted us when we entered the lobby? Cigarette smell floated from the smoking area right next to the receptionist. I mean, indoor smoking area, without anything separating the rooms? And then up on our floor, right at the corridor: again, cigarette smell. Around the pool: yup! Cigarette smell. Walking around the park, where it was supposed to be fresh: someone jogged past while smoking. The hotel needed to be stricter about their policy. Or was there even a policy about smoking to begin with?
