I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It had well-maintained facilities, beautiful gardens, and sports facilities. Their function halls and dining areas offered comfort and much variety. My experience was made complete with the presence of mini-trade fairs at the lobby where MSMEs and local shops displayed their products. It was a one-stop shop for people like me who were too busy attending to our official business. Of course, as can be attested by other guests, the staff is warm, friendly, and reliable! I will want to come back!

Stayed in room 201 for two days because I was attending a Foo Fighters concert at Ancol. The room and bathroom were very clean. The pillows, sheets, and blanket were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The room was quite spacious, reasonably priced, and had a view of the street in front of the hotel. The soundproofing was quite good; some noise was audible, but not disturbing. With the affordable price and good facilities, it was definitely worth it. There were plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Room service was very fast and good, with friendly and very polite staff. We forgot to hang the sign when leaving the room in the morning for cleaning, so when we returned at 5:00 PM, the room was still in the same condition as when we left in the morning. But once we reported to room service, it only took a few minutes for our room to be ready and clean again. Satisfied with this service, and also the prayer room had clean prayer robes available, thank you Ibis Style, next time we come here again.
